On April 28 th 2011 at the Aker Philadelphia Shipyard my team and I had the honor of documenting the naming ceremony of “The Overseas Tampa”  OSG Overseas Tampa (click link to watch a short film). I had the pleasure to once again work with Darcy Gregory and the great folks from OSG Ship Management, Inc. Thank you!

NLCS Philadelphia Phillies vs San Francisco Giants 2010

The National league championship series outcome was not what Phillies Fans had planned in 2010. Philadelphia was by far “on paper” the superior team but the the San Francisco Giants did not see it that way and beat the Phillies in the series. Well thats why you play the games.  As usual I was able to get  good vantage points for some “cool shots”. I love baseball the way it looks the feel, the pace, the warm weather and beer it’s all good.

Here are a few photos from the game. Pitchers are always interesting to me. I usually try to concentrate on getting a great “action portrait” of players ,pitchers are my favorite. Roy Oswalt of the Phillies and Tim Lincecum of the Giants are great subjects.

TD Bank Philadelphia International Cycling Championship

The Pro Cycling tour event in Philadelphia was another huge success for US cycling and the city. Austrailian Matthew Goss of HTC Columbia out lasted 36 riders at the end of a very hot and windy 150 mile race.

I spent the day on my bike traveling to interesting spots along the route. The best location is always in Manayunk at The Wall. The people and the vibe are just outstanding. Here are some images from the days race.

Roy Halladay

My assignment for this day was”show the intensity and sprit of the Phillies new pitcher Roy Halladay”. I wanted you to feel what it may be like to face someone so intimidating ,throwing a baseball at 90+ miles an hour. While I was at it maybe some other Images as well.
